Overview
International money transfer is one of payment methods you can use to pay your rent via the Concurrent platform. This payment method supports immediate transfers using unique IBAN details that are provided when you book a payment. These details are unique per person per tenancy.
Here are some common reasons why you may need to cancel your international bank transfer if you have not made a payment yet:
you would prefer to make payment for your rent via another method (e.g. UK bank transfer, direct debit with a UK bank account);
you have paid your property manager your rent directly outside the Concurrent platform;
you have booked your payment selecting the incorrect currency (e.g. your rent is collected in GBP(£), however the payment was booked in EUR (€)).
